meditations and visualisations, teachings on the Buddhist principles of peace and non-harmfulness, practical activities such as games and drawing and chanting prayers and mantras. The classes will be guided by Karin Chielman - an experienced Buddhist practitioner and mother!

Parents are welcome to stay for the class, or you can take a break and enjoy Madhyamaka Centre's gardens, cafe and shop. It is not necessary to book, however it would help us if you do so that we can plan accordingly.
