A day course is a chance to find out more about meditation and Buddha’s teachings. Each day course is suitable for beginners and includes teachings, guided meditation and discussion.
These short daycourses run from 10.15am – 5.30pm and it is possible to stay overnight before and/or after if you wish – please contact us to arrange. Course fee: £25 includes a vegetarian lunch.

Developing unconditional love
Wouldn’t it be great if we could just love our friends and family and never lose that feeling of affection for them? On this course we will look at practical meditations and ways of thinking that will help us to improve and deepen our love for others. This warm heart will make our relationships happier and our life more peaceful and content.
