Make your Sunday meaningful and enjoyable by allowing your mind to become peaceful and positive in the Meditation class, then you can join the community for a delicious two course Sunday lunch in our Georgian dining room.
Enjoy a short walk in the beautiful woodlands, meadows and around the lake. If you have children bring them to the kids meditation class too.

Children’s Meditation Classes
Enjoy Sunday weekly meditation class and relax whilst your children have a meditation class of their own. Children’s classes also include, stories, games and refreshments.
