The classes in 2014 will be looking at the new book by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Understand the Mind. This remarkable book offers us deep insight into our mind, and shows how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.
The book will be available to buy at classes or you can preview and buy it now at Tharpa publications online.
Each class includes a guided breathing meditation, a teaching, a second meditation based on the teaching and time for questions. Everyone is welcome to attend at any time and there’s no need to pre-register.
Everyone is welcome to this class to learn more about meditation and Buddhism. Seating is on normal chairs, no need to book or reserve a place, and no need for any special clothing.
