In modern life we can find that our mind is very busy, always moving from one thing to the next. This can be exhausting, stressful and robs us of our mental space and clarity.

Western Buddhist Nun, Kelsang Lekmo will explain how we can learn to enjoy inner stillness, even in the midst of our busy lives. This is ancient Buddhist wisdom which is particularly relevant to us in our modern world.
