Learn to meditate to overcome stress and worry, find inner peace, and experience better health and more happiness in your life. Our meditation classes offer practical solutions to everyday problems and are suitable for everyone.
Classes consist of two meditations and a teaching on different themes throughout the year. There is also time for questions and refreshments.

Join us for a new series of meditation classes, the perfect way to start the New Year! As well as learning
the basics of meditation each week, this series will look in particular at improving our relationships by
overcoming dislike and developing a loving equanimity towards the people in our life.
Aspects of Love

Everybody knows they want to love and be loved but what actually is love? According to Buddha, the
special feeling that we call love isn’t something outside of ourselves that we need to find and fall into.
Rather it’s a special experience within ourselves that we all have. Learning to connect to the love in our
heart will deeply enrich our lives, enhance all our relationships and give us insight into our potential for

Each class includes:
a guided breathing meditation, a teaching, a second meditation based on the teaching and time for questions. Everyone is welcome to attend at any time and there’s no need to pre-register.
