Anxiety, worry, stress and unhappiness are increasing in a world full of uncertainty and change. However, by learning to meditate we can overcome these painful emotions, find real inner peace and a deep happiness. Buddhist wisdom gives a refreshing perspective on all our problems and encourages us to look at life differently.
Each class consists of meditations, a teaching on different themes throughout the year, and time for questions and refreshments.

These classes are run in: Beverley, Driffield, Goole, Pickering, Pocklington, Scarborough, Thirsk and York.
Each class includes:
A guided breathing meditation, a teaching, a second meditation based on the teaching and time for questions. Everyone is welcome to attend at any time and there’s no need to pre-register.
