Change Your Mind!

June 7 – July 13

Our negative states of mind such as anger, jealousy, and worry create endless problems for ourselves

and others, and mean we can never really relax and be happy. However, the good news is that every

negative state of mind has an opposite positive state of mind. Learn some time-honoured meditations

and effective ways of thinking that will help you transform your mind from negative to positive, unhappy

to happy, unpeaceful to peaceful.

This course will present the following 6 negative states of mind and how to develop their opposite

positive states of mind that will bring us real happiness and inner peace:

*Turning worry into peace of mind

*Turning discouragement into joy

*Turning resentment into forgiveness

*Turning anger into patience

*Turning jealousy into a light heart

*Turning confusion into wisdom

You can also catch these classes in Acomb, Beverley, Driffield, Goole, Pickering, Scarborough, Thirsk and York.
