This popular evening class consists of teachings and meditations on the 21 meditations in The New Meditation Handbook, a practical guide to meditation which teaches how to make both ourselves and others happy.

Anxiety, worry, stress and unhappiness are increasing in a world full of uncertainty and change. However, by learning to meditate we can overcome these painful emotions, find real inner peace and a deep happiness. Buddhist wisdom gives a refreshing perspective on all our problems and encourages us to look at life differently.

Each class consists of meditations, a teaching on different themes throughout the year, and time for questions and refreshments.
