Learn to meditate to overcome stress and worry, find inner peace, and experience better health and

more happiness in your life. Our meditation classes offer practical solutions to everyday problems and

are suitable for everyone.

Classes consist of two meditations and a teaching on different themes throughout the year, with time

for questions at the end. Although the classes run as a series, you can join at any time. Seating is on

normal chairs. There is no need to book or reserve a place, and no need for any special clothing. The

class finishes with informal drinks and nibbles in our cosy sitting room – feel free to bring and share!

Everyone is welcome.
