Weekly Drop-in meditation classes in York
Weekly drop-in meditation classes offer the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation we will learn to develop inner peace, giving us the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
In these meditation classes there will be two guided meditations and a talk about how to apply Buddhism and meditation to improve our daily life. Each class is self contained and seating is on normal chairs. You can join at any time, no need to book or reserve a place.
