More Advanced Retreats
For those with experience and definite interest in Buddhism, Madhyamaka Centre offers various advanced retreats throughout the year. During most of these retreats it is normal to observe silence before 1pm and in the meditation rooms.

These retreats are only suitable for those with experience of Buddhist practices. It is possible to attend simply on a drop-in basis, or to stay at the centre and take advantage of special reduced retreat rates.
