Relaxation Weekend Retreat – May

May 1 – 4 2015

A gentle schedule of simple guided meditations and instruction on how to develop a regular meditation practice. Price includes a guided meditation CD so you can continue your practice at home.

Suitable for beginners and also for those wanting to refresh their meditation practice, these meditation weekends are a great way to learn basic meditation techniques, and to improve and deepen our experience of meditation and inner peace in the relaxing environment of Madhyamaka KMC. See schedule below.

All meditations will be explained and guided by the teacher so no need for any previous meditation experience. Seating is on chairs or cushions, whichever you prefer.

The retreat begins with supper at 6pm on the Friday and ends with lunch at 1pm on the Monday. All meals are included.

Friday intro 7.30pm

Saturday
10am – 11.15am teaching & meditation
12.00pm – 1pm teaching & meditation
4.30pm – 5.45pm meditation & discussion
7.30pm – 8.30pm WFJ with tsog

Sunday
9.30am – 10.30am teaching & meditation
11.30am – 1.00pm  teaching & meditation with Prayers for World Peace
4.30pm – 5.45pm meditation & discussion
7.30pm – 8.30pm WFJ or movie of Buddha’s Life

Monday
10am – 11.15am teaching & meditation
12.00pm – 1pm teaching & meditation
