Arriving on the Sunday afternoon and departing on Friday morning, these retreats are ideal for those new to meditation or just wanting a meaningful, relaxing break.
These light, relaxing weeks are the perfect treat you need to get some space from the busyness of daily life, so you can return rejuvenated and refreshed.
Price includes all meditation classes, accommodation and three vegetarian meals a day.

Weekly schedule:
You are free to attend however many sessions you choose:
8.30am – 9.00am   weekdays guided meditation
12.30pm – 1.00pm weekdays guided meditation
5.00pm – 6.00pm Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers
7.30pm – 9.00pm  Tuesdays, 11.00am Thursday mornings – meditation class with two guided meditations and teaching
