8.30am – 9.00am weekdays guided meditation
12.30pm – 1.00pm weekdays guided meditation
5.00pm – 6.00pm Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers
7.30pm – 9.00pm Tuesdays & Wednesday evenings – meditation class with two guided meditations and teaching
