Enjoy guided meditations so we can experience a deep inner peace that will reduce the stress, busyness and anxiety that we hold in our minds. After the meditation class, join us for a delicious two course vegetarian lunch and then enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful and peaceful grounds. A very meaningful way to spend a Sunday out.
