These classes will look at basic meditation techniques for beginning meditation and improving our meditation practice.
Topics will include the benefits of meditation, how to begin meditation, what to meditate on, learning to improve our concentration and other similar subjects.
Each class includes two guided meditations, practical instructions and time for Questions and Answers.
No previous experience is necessary and seating is on chairs so no need for any special clothing. No need to book, just turn up.
