Meditations on giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, concentration and wisdom transform all our daily activities into spiritual ones.

The benefits of the teachings given in this course are, through sincerely practising these teachings you can solve your daily problems such as the problems of anger, attachment, jealousy and ignorance. You can maintain a peaceful mind all the time so that you will be happy all the time. You can maintain harmony and good relationships with your family, friends and others so that you can make others happy too. Especially you can make your human life very meaningful.

This retreat will be led by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Thekchen and other teachers from our branch classes.

This course is open to all levels of experience. Course begins with supper at 6pm on Friday and finishes with lunch at 1pm on Sunday.

12 noon – 1pm session 2
3pm – 4pm session 3
5pm – 6pm session 4
7.30pm – 8.45pm option of chanted prayers or Q&A session
Sunday
9.30am – 10.30am session 5
11.30am – 1pm session 6 including Prayers for World Peace
