Weekend Meditation Retreats

In a weekend meditation retreat you learn how to practise meditation which is a vital tool for decreasing stress and tension and improving health and happiness. The retreat also includes talks on a certain theme, designed to help solve our daily problems and increase inner wellbeing. These weekends are a great success, offering friendship, solace and comfort for those who attend. Some retreats are suitable for complete beginners and others for more experienced practitioners.

During this weekend you can learn simple meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to relax both body and mind and lead to a deep experience of inner peace.
