The Happiness Course

Discover peace and happiness by developing a good heart, how to be kind to yourself and others, and how to form and keep loving relationships.
Each class includes:
a guided breathing meditation, a teaching, a second meditation based on the teaching and time for questions. Everyone is welcome to attend at any time and there’s no need to pre-register.
Everyone is welcome to this class to learn more about meditation and Buddhism. Seating is on normal chairs, no need to book or reserve a place, and no need for any special clothing.
