The Art of Forgiveness

Learn how to remain at peace when harmed or criticized by others and to free yourself from resentment and anger. Develop a strong, courageous mind and learn the art of forgiving yourself.
Each class includes:
a guided breathing meditation, a teaching, a second meditation based on the teaching and time for questions. Everyone is welcome to attend at any time and there’s no need to pre-register.
Everyone is welcome to this class to learn more about meditation and Buddhism. Seating is on normal chairs, no need to book or reserve a place, and no need for any special clothing.
Class finishes with refreshments until 9pm.
